He holds the positions of Chairman of DFCC Bank and Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of Aitken Spence PLC and also serves on the Boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies.
Formerly, he was the Chairman of Sri Lankan Airlines and a member of Strategic Enterprise Management Agency (SEMA) and served on the Post-Tsunami Presidential Task Force for Rebuilding the Nation (TAFREN) and Public Enterprises Reform Commission.
Mr Brito has gained extensive management experience serving organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, British Eveready PLC and the World Bank.

BCom MBA Appointed to the Board in October 2008. He is an Executive Vice President of DFCC Bank and had a long career in banking before assuming the post of Chief Operating Officer of DFCC Vardhana Bank and promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer from January 2010.
He has a wide exposure in project finance, branch banking, financial leasing and operations management relating to banking.
He has received extensive training and exposure in development and commercial banking locally and overseas. Mr Silva is also a past President of the Association of Professional Bankers of Sri Lanka. He started his professional career with the Department of Inland Revenue of Sri Lanka.

Appointed to the Board in February 2011.
He is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Senior Partner of Amerasekera and Company.
He holds several public and academic positions and presently the President of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka and a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
He is also a member of the Governing Council of the University of Sri Jayewardenapura and the Advisory Committee to the Faculty of Accounting and Business Management of the University of Kalaniya. He also serves on the Curriculum Development Committee of the National Institute of Education and a Senior Consultant to the Open University of Sri Lanka.

BSc (Hons) FCIB (London)

Appointed to the Board in February 2009.
He holds the positions of the Director / General Manager of DFCC Bank, Chairman of the Colombo Stock Exchange and Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP). He also serves on the Advisory Committee on Finance and Banking of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Board of Management of the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM), the Financial Sector, Capital Markets and Legal Reform Clusters of the National Council of Economic Development (NECD) and of the National Payments Council and Inter-Regulatory Institutions Council. Before assuming his current position with DFCC Bank, Mr Fonseka had a long career with HSBC and held positions such as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Sri Lanka.

M Inst. M (UK)

Appointed to the Board in March 2011.
He is a member of the Institute of Marketing of the UK and has held senior positions in product marketing, business promotion and customer service areas attached to large organisations such as Air Lanka Ltd (now Sri Lankan Airlines), Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC and several other companies.
The positions held by Mr Jayawardena overseas include the President - Inflight Duty Free Shop New York, USA and President – King Power Traveller Co Ltd – Hong Kong.

Appointed to the Board in August 2003.
He holds the position of Executive Vice President (Finance) of DFCC Bank. Previously, he worked as the Head of the Project Finance and Internal Audit departments of DFCC Bank.
Received initial training with a firm of Chartered Accountants and held managerial positions in the mercantile sector before being employed by DFCC Bank.
Mr Nagarajah has received extensive training in areas relating to banking and finance locally and overseas.

Appointed to the Board in October 2008.
He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance and audit at senior managerial level with companies in Sri Lanka and abroad.
Mr Wijeyeratne held the position of Finance Director of Richard Pieris PLC for over ten years until 2008. Presently, he serves on the Boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies as an Independent Director.
He received initial training with an international firm of Chartered Accountants in Colombo.

Appointed to the Board in August 2003.
She is currently employed as the Executive Vice President (Operations) of DFCC Bank and previously held the positions of Head of Credit Administration, Accounting and Reporting with DFCC Bank.
She received her professional training with a firm of Chartered Accountants where she was appointed a Partner after acquiring the full professional qualification.
Ms Withana has received extensive training and exposure in the areas of banking and finance both locally and overseas.
